Cisco College has retained Credentials Inc. to accept transcript orders over the Internet.

Cisco College has appointed Credentials Inc. as the designated agent for processing and sending official electronic transcripts on behalf of Cisco College. Official printed transcripts are still available for ordering as well. The PDF transcript that is produced using this service contains the identical information as the printed transcript and can be certified as unaltered by uploading the file to the company's website that is provided during the delivery process. Credentials Inc. has been granted the authority to deliver all such electronic transcript requests on behalf of Cisco College and respond to any inquiries regarding the transactions.
There is a $3.00 internet convenience fee on all orders. Transcripts sent in regular mail will have an additional charge of $2.50. If special mailing services are requested additional fees will apply. For customer service on orders placed call Credentials Inc. at (847) 716-3005. Customer service hours of operation are 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. CST/CDT Monday-Thursday and 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. CST/CDT Friday.
Please note, all financial and administrative obligations to the college MUST be met before an official transcript will be released.
