Steps to Transfer to Cisco College

  1. Complete the application
  2. Send official transcripts from previous college(s) or universities. All transcripts should be mailed to the main campus at the following address:
    Cisco College, Office of Admissions, 101 College Heights, Cisco, TX 76437.
  3. Students under the age of 22 must submit proof of bacterial meningitis vaccination
  4. Print, complete, and return the residency questionnaire. Upon completion of the residency questionnaire, this form should be returned to Cisco College, Office of Admissions, 101 College Heights, Cisco, TX 76437. It may also be faxed to 254-442-1449. 
  5. Any questions may be directed to 254-442-5132. 

Steps to Enroll-New Students

Cisco College is an open enrollment institution, however there are some steps you will need to take before you can enroll in classes.

  1. Complete the application
  2. Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
  3. Students under the age of 22 must submit proof of bacterial meningitis vaccination. 
    1. Exceptions: 
      A student is not required to submit evidence of receiving the bacterial meningitis vaccination or evidence of a booster dose if the student meets the age exemption or if the student is enrolled only in online or other distance education courses (students enrolled in only online courses must submit the exemption form).  A student  is not required to submit evidence of the bacterial meningitis vaccination if the following are submitted:
      1. An affidavit or a certificate signed by a physician who is duly registered and licensed to practice medicine in the United States, in which it is stated that, in the physician’s opinion, the required vaccination would be injurious to the health and well-being of the student; or  
      2. Students enrolling in public junior colleges wishing to claim an exemption for reasons of conscience should complete the online form available at the Texas DSHS website. After entering all the requested information, students print the form, sign and date it, and submit the form when registering for courses.  Students may obtain the form by visiting the College Vaccine Requirements page
  4. Talk to a counselor about testing.
  5. Submit an official high school transcript or GED scores. Click here for information on home school transcripts. If the transcript is not in English, translation will need to accompany the official transcript. All transcripts should be mailed to the main campus at the following address-Cisco College, Office of Admissions, 101 College Heights, Cisco, TX 76437. Official translated transcripts will only be accepted from the following transcript translator services: 
    1. Eduational Credential Evaluators, Inc.
    2. Foreign Credentials Service of America
    3. World Education Services, Inc.
    4. Spantran: The Evaluation Company
  6. Print, complete, and return the residency questionnaire. Send official transcript(s) from previous college(s) or university(ies) to Cisco College. Upon completion of the residency questionnaire, this form should be returned to Cisco College, Office of Admissions, 101 College Heights, Cisco, TX 76437. It may also be faxed to 254-442-1449. Any questions may be directed to (254) 442-5132.
  7. Select classes from the course schedule
  8. Register online when eligible.
  9. Make payment by deadline.
