Institutional Effectiveness, Research and Planning
The Office of Institutional Effectiveness and Planning (IEP) serves as the campus-wide advocate of assessment and research for the advancement of institutional effectiveness and student outcomes. In support of Cisco College’s culture of accountability and continuous improvement in all programs and services, IEP enhances and fosters institutional effectiveness by contributing assessment support, institutional research, analysis and information management that supports and strengthens the operation, decision making, and planning processes of all Cisco College academic and administrative units.
