
Agriculture
Students of Agriculture at Cisco College are expected to master courses in Wildlife Science, Animal Science, Dairy Science, Agronomy, Ag Ecomonics, Farm Shop Wood Work, Farm Shop Metal Work, Farm Power and Machinery, and Horticulture.
General Academic courses such as College Algebra, Biology, English, and Speech are also required to obtain an Associate of Arts degree from Cisco College
The Agriculture courses offered by Cisco College will transfer to universities as freshmen and sophomore level courses.
Cisco College also offers a 5 CEU credit class for pesticide use and various other CEU classes.
The Agriculture Department and the County Extension Service have cooperated to offer area citizens an annual pecan budding workshop for the past 48 years.
