C5 Sponsorship Opportunities

Option One:
Provide sponsorship at a certain funding level; funds will be used to offset the costs of refreshment breaks, meals, and other expenses. Choose from one of the following sponsorship levels:

• Platinum - $1,000 and above
o Sponsor logo displayed on a sign at the conference
o Sponsor logo displayed electronically during breaks
o Link to sponsor on the C5 website
o Listed in conference proceedings
o Exhibit space

• Gold - $750 and above
o Sponsor logo displayed electronically during breaks
o Link to sponsor on the C5 website
o Listed in conference proceedings
o Exhibit space

• Silver - $500 and above
o Sponsor listed on the C5 website
o Listed in conference proceedings
o Exhibit space

• Friend – Below $500
o Listed in conference proceedings

Those with higher levels of support will have more prominent listings in conference proceedings.

Please note that for any company that chooses to sponsor, we are willing to work with you to make sure you are happy with your contribution.

Option Two: Be a primary sponsor for the welcoming reception, dinner banquet, or one of the breaks.

There are a variety of options available; please see the next page for more information. Opportunities to be a primary sponsor for a specific function are allotted on a first come, first assigned basis. If your first option is not available, we will contact you to discuss other options.

The following is a list of available group functions that are planned for the C5 Conference and the costs associated with being the primary sponsor of the event.

Welcoming Reception
Anticipated cost: $2,000
Menu:
• Hors d’oeuvres
• Two free drink tickets per attendee
• Cash bar

Sponsors of the Welcoming Reception will enjoy the following benefits:
• Sponsor logo displayed on signs at the reception
• Sponsor logo displayed electronically during breaks at the conference
• Link to sponsor on the C5 website
• Listed in conference proceedings
Gifts-in-kind for this reception would be welcomed from our regional wineries, breweries and distilleries. In addition, those interested may also send a representative to visit with guests about the product. Please include your ideas in the “Additional information/comments” section.

Banquet
Anticipated cost: $5,000
Menu:
• Starbucks freshly brewed coffee, Tazo teas, iced tea
• Freshly baked rolls and butter
• Salad
• Entrée
• Dessert

The sponsor of the Banquet will enjoy the following benefits:
• Sponsor logo displayed on signs at the banquet and on the speaker podium
• Sponsor logo displayed electronically during breaks at the conference
• Link to sponsor on the C5 website
• Listed in conference proceedings

We may be able to accommodate additional promotional materials provided by the sponsor. Please include your ideas in the “Additional information/comments” section.

Morning/Afternoon Refreshment Breaks
There are three opportunities:
• Morning Break (two available) – Anticipated cost: $500
o Menu: Starbucks coffees, Tazo teas, assorted soft drinks, assorted bottled and flavored waters, pastries
• Afternoon Break (one available) – Anticipated cost: $500
o Menu: Starbucks coffees, Tazo teas, assorted soft drinks, assorted bottled and flavored waters, assortment of freshly-baked cookies
Sponsors of the refreshment breaks will enjoy the following benefits:
• Sponsor logo displayed on a small sign on the refreshment table
• Sponsor logo displayed electronically during breaks during the conference
• Link to sponsor on the C5 website
• Listed in conference proceedings
