Conference Registration

  • $200 ($150 if not attending pre-conference institute)
  • Includes welcome reception, dinner on Wednesday, two meals on Thursday, one meal on Friday, refreshment breaks, plenary sessions and concurrent sessions

  4. If paying by check, submit form(s) to your business office for check processing.

Cancellation Policy

Conference space is limited. Cancellations made on or before May 1, 2014 will incur a $50 processing fee. Refunds will be processed 4-6 weeks after cancellation. There will be no refund for cancellations made after May 1, 2014.

Scholarship Availability

A limited number of scholarships will be available. To be considered for a scholarship, please send a short (250-500 words) justification to Debra Slaton at . Scholarship recipients will be notified on or around May 1, 2014.


Hotel registration is the responsibility of the participant.  The conference hotel is the McM Elegante 325-698-1234
