Cisco College utilizes a faculty advising system. Students who have not completed all sections of the Texas Success Initiative are required to see an advisor every semester for advisement in course selection.
Students who are exempt or have passed all parts of the Texas Success Initiative are not required to seek advising every semester. Both locations have full-time counselors available year-round to help draw up degree plans and can assist with course placement based on Texas Success Initiative test scores.
However, if you have questions about transferring to other colleges and universities, check out what the Transition Center has to offer. Catalogs and admission information are maintained on most colleges and universities in Texas for students to browse during regular hours.
