Living on campus is convenient and affordable! Women enrolled at the Cisco campus live in Bivins Hall, Memorial or Nance Hall, while men live in Cluck, Wrangler or Presidents.
The residence halls house approximately 357 students and provide rooms furnished with beds, dressers, desks, chairs and closets. Room and board costs for Presidents, Nance and Bivins is $1900 per semester. Room and board for Cluck, Wrangler or Memorial is $1800 per semester. All residence halls are supervised, and have wireless capability!
Recently renovated hall that generally houses the women’s basketball and volleyball teams as well as athletic trainers. Two women per room share a bathroom with suitemates. Some three-person rooms are available.

Cluck Hall and Wrangler Hall
Each consists of two-person rooms and community showers and restrooms. Cluck houses the men’s baseball team, while Wrangler houses Band, Athletic Trainers, and other students
Consists of three-person rooms and community showers and restrooms. Memorial houses the women's soccer team.
Two women per room share a bathroom with suitemates. Nance houses Women's Softball, Dance, Cheer, Band, and other students.
To reserve a room you must:
- Fill out the information on the Residence Hall Application
- Print out the completed application, sign and date each form
- Mail the application along with the required $100 application fee

Please note that beds fill quickly, therefore send in your application early. Submission of the residence hall application does not guarantee the student a bed.
